Hello everyone! ????

I am a CV writer uae, working from 9 to 6. Most of my day is spent in front of a screen. Of recent, I find that at the end of the day, my eyes get a little tired and even feel dry at times. I'm getting a bit concerned about all this screen time damaging my eyesight.

Do you believe prolonged use of screens might cause serious eye problems? How do you take care of your eyes when working all day on a computer? Do you have any suggestions to reduce strain or stay comfortable at work? Let's talk! ????
